University of Tennessee Medical Center

The University of Tennessee selected Merit to build its new Ambulatory Surgical Center and Medical Office Building. The structures were built over an existing parking garage and Merit  constructed the new buildings while the existing facilities remained fully operational. The surgical center, located on the first floor of the structure, contains several surgical suites. The upper floors were built as a shell and were completed upon acquisition of tenants by the hospital.
