The Villages of Farragut is a new senior living facility in Farragut, Tennessee. The building a wood-framed independent living facility with 83 living units featuring covered balconies, screened in porches, and outdoor patios. The facility includes a commercial kitchen, cafeteria, multi-purpose room, resident lounge, and other various amenities for the residents. The facility is set on a 23-acre parcel including 99 parking spots and future plans for a memory care facility and single resident villas.
