The Center for Proton Therapy is one of the most advanced treatment centers for cancer in the world. Overall development, including equipment was in excess of $115 million. Work included scheduling and coordination 225 ton cyclotron. Shielding requirements for the facility included construction of concrete walls up to 13’ thick and ceilings up to 6′ thick.
