Medical Arts Building

Originally built in 1932, the beautifully restored Medical Arts Building at 603 Main Street, includes 49 residential units ranging in size from a studio to three bedrooms, as well as three commercial spaces on the street level. The building features gorgeous marble and terrazo floors, local East Tennessee marble walls, and mahogany doors inlaid with walnut and barrel vaulted plaster ceilings.
