This project was the third phase of a long-term, multiphase development of Mcfee Park in the Town of Farragut, TN. Phase 3, completed in January 2022, included mass grading; a road connection from the existing road to a new entrance on McFee Road; utility and stormwater systems; four lighted tennis/pickleball courts and a basketball court; restroom/large pavilion; tennis complex parking lot; Great Lawn; a walking trail loop around the Great Lawn, and associated lighting.
