Gastrointestinal Associates, P.C. occupies a 50,000-square foot, three-story, Class A medical office building in the Dowell Springs Business Park. The first floor has egress at grade and houses GIA business functions and ancillary departments, as well as space for expansion of a potential 3rd party tenant. The second level of the building has a rear egress at grade. The 2nd floor houses a 15,000-square foot ambulatory gastrointestinal procedure/treatment center (Endoscopy Center), which is operated in partnership by GIA and AmSurg.
