Merit Construction was selected to complete a 45,000 square foot design/build project by Frito-Lay’s program manager. Merit submitted a schematic plan and competitive price based on strict design standards for Frito-Lay. The project was delivered on time even though the site was cut out of the side of a tremendous hill, which required the removal of 150,000 cubic yards of material.
