Completed in April of 2002, the Cornerstone Building at Dowell Springs was built as a speculative office building by White Realty. Merit was selected as the contractor early in the project and worked closely with the architectural team to provide pricing scenarios for the building and site. The developers wanted to maximize leasable space while minimizing the real estate parcel size.
The building is a 42,000 square-foot steel structure with brick and glass exterior. The building was constructed to make a design and quality statement for the entire park.
