Pips Technology (now Cadre 5) selected Merit to build their new headquarters in West Knox County based on Merit’s extensive office construction experience and the ability to deliver a quality project within budget. Merit worked closely with the design team to review the site and grading plan as well as construction materials and constructability plans.
