The Promenade Office Building is part of Brookview Town Centre, one of Knoxville’s newest multi-use developments, located on a 12.5 acre site at the foot of Bearden Hill.
Completed in Spring 2009, the six-story, 190,000 square foot office building and parking deck features classic architecture, spacious windows and natural lighting.
The project used VOC compliant paints, solvents and sealants, creating an ample amount of natural lighting and using drywall and flooring made from recycled materials.
