Overview

Mill Springs Lodge is the newest development at Bluegreen Vacations’ Laurel Crest Resort, a lodge style timeshare property nestled in the Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge. Merit Construction delivered a five story resort building that adds 67 new guest accommodations to the property, combining elevated finishes with a warm, mountain inspired design. Completed in January 2025, the lodge expands the resort’s capacity while reinforcing its identity as a comfortable retreat with a strong sense of place.

The project consists of a new timeshare lodge designed to offer a range of accommodations and amenities for owners and guests.

• 67 total units across five stories

Design and architectural character

Inspired by the Smoky Mountains and the Arts and Crafts era, the building incorporates:

• Native hardwoods and warm interior finishes
• Dormers and rooflines that break down the building mass and fit the mountain setting
• Cultured stone facades that give the exterior a grounded, lodge like presence
• Outdoor features such as waterfalls and fire pits that extend the guest experience beyond the building
