Andy joined Merit in 2020 as a Project Manager. With prior experience in estimating and project engineering on a variety of DOT, water resources, and other heavy civil/infrastructure projects, he is a valuable asset to the Merit team. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
He and his wife, Stacey, are both native to Knoxville.
