Downtown Knoxville is getting closer to a major milestone. City Summit, the mixed-use development at 515 Cafego Place built by Merit Construction and designed by Design Innovation Architects, is nearly complete and has just made a significant change.
The LawlerWood project has shifted from apartments for rent to condos for sale. It is a move that opens the door for buyers who want to put down roots in the heart of the city. Contracts are already being drawn up, with the first expected to be signed shortly after the listing went live.
