Merit provided the best proposal to Pellissippi Pointe to build the 17,000 square foot Pellissippi Pointe Office Building. Located at 9725 Cogdill Road in Knoxville, Jordan Jones, and Goulding Inc., share the 17,000 square foot office with multiple tenants. Construction was completed in August 2001.
