Three Lakeside Centre (Knoxville, TN)
Three Lakeside Centre is the second building to be built in the Lakeside Centre development. Merit was selected early in the process to work with the developer and architect as well as the anchor tenant, Talbots, for a new regional call center. Construction on the 98,000 square foot building was completed in February 2004.
