After the success of the Falling Water at the Pellissippi Office Building, Blue Ridge Development selected Merit Construction for their latest development -- Lakeside Centre. This speculative office building is 64,000 SF. Merit also completed the 98,639 SF Three Lakeside Centre and a third building in the development is being planned.
