The 36,000 square foot MIG Building was a design/build project developed in conjunction with the end user and a local developer. This uniquely-designed building took advantage of an irregularly-shaped parcel of real estate. Merit was contracted to be a single-source responsibility for the project. The steel structure building with brick veneer houses Mortgage Investors Group corporate headquarters on the top two floors and OneMain.com on the bottom floor.
