CTI's multi-function office building serves as its corporate headquarters and includes laboratory space as well as a research and development area. The facility is built of tilt-up concrete which allowed for fast, efficient and durable construction. Merit has completed three phases for CTI including its initial building as well as two significant expansions. Merit is currently building its fourth project for CTI.
