Merit Construction completed this project located on St. Mary's main campus. The project involved a complete buildout of existing shell space. Because the space was located directly over surgery areas, close coordination with the staff was required. Off hours work, coordination with the St. Mary's engineering department, and the use of HEPA filtering to maintain negative pressures were all critical activities that were required to meet the aggressive schedule.
