The owners of this project were from Germany and were active in the international business world. They desired a single source to be responsible for the progression of the design and construction of their facility. They negotiated with Merit Construction, Inc., to be their design / build contractor. The project, which was completed in 10 months, is a 103,000 sq. ft. tilt-up concrete structure which includes a three story office building.
