Merit Construction was chosen from a list of qualified construction companies to serve as construction manager for this new school in northeast Blount County. The school features a pre-engineered roof system, a full-size gymnasium, several “pods” for the various grade classifications and a geothermal ground loop HVAC system. Merit worked hand in hand with the architect and public building authority to value engineer the project and meet the county’s budget.
