In October 2009, Merit completed construction on a state-of-the-art medical complex housing some of the region's leaders in preventative, predictive, and personal patient care. Merit was selected to build the East Tennessee Healthcare Center, which totals 175,000 square feet and is now home to two anchor tenants - Knoxville Comprehensive Breast Center and Tennessee Cancer Specialists - as well as several other health care related providers.
