Merit Construction, Inc. was selected by the Blount County Public Building Authority on behalf of the City of Maryville to construct a new parking garage in downtown Maryville.  Merit worked closely with the PBA, the design team and the city’s building officials to design and build a precast parking garage in a confined downtown area surrounded by fragile historic buildings.
