Hamilton Crossing is an 18 acre retail development in Alcoa, TN. The “small shops” are comprised of three buidlings totallng approximately 26,000 SF. The small shops cater to small eateries and service providers. Tenants include Salsaritas, Marble Slab Creamery, Panera Bread, Smoothie King, Smokin' Joes, Apple Tree and Fusion Tan.

The “big boxes” will accommodate larger tenants up to 25,000 SF. The “big box” portion of the development will total over 80,000 SF on 15 acres and feature Old Navy, Ross Dress for Less, PetSmart, rue 21 and Shoe Carnival.
