The Morgan Square project was a series of renovations including the reconstruction of a historic hotel in downtown Greeneville, Tennessee. The construction work included eleven buildings, which encompassed one half of a city block. The work included total restoration of the structure and masonry as well as replacement of original millwork, metal pan ceilings and historic stairways. This project included a complete restaurant, full-service kitchen and banquet facilities.
