The Graveston Baptist Church was over budget on bid day. Merit successfully value engineered the project to get it within the budget.

The sanctuary of the building is a pre-engineered metal building surrounded by office, educational and fellowship spaces. The surround structures are conventional construction with a brick and stone veneer exterior.
