Steve Heatherly, Sr. Vice President

Steve Heatherly has been involved in the construction industry in East Tennessee for nearly 30 years and is an experienced estimating and building construction veteran. Steve is a 1982 graduate of the Construction Engineering program at East Tennessee State University.

Highlights of Steve’s career include the Westmall Medical Park in Oak Ridge, the Maryville Municipal Center in Maryville, and the historic Miller’s Building renovation in downtown Knoxville.

Steve has served in a number of leadership roles with the Associated General Contractors of Tennessee including president of the Knoxville branch and vice president of the state chapter. He has also served on the boards of Child and Family Tennessee, the Volunteer Ministries Center and the WBIR-TV Advisory Board.

Steve and his wife, Sheree, live in Clinton, Tenn. with their two school-aged children.
