Pat Breeding has been with Merit Construction since 2000 as accounting manager and company treasurer. Breeding is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of Merit Construction’s business. This includes quarterly financial statements, annual audited financial statement preparation, accounts receivable, financial reporting for surety purposes, contractors licensing, corporate insurance, and state and local filings.
Pat’s hard work, attention to detail, and business acumen is a tremendous benefit Merit Construction and its customers. Breeding holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
