Theresa Adcock, Safety Director

Theresa Adcock has been involved with construction safety for over ten years. Theresa was instrumental in establishing Merit’s safety program which has been awarded the Associated General Contractors Construction Safety Excellence Award for two years for the state of Tennessee. Theresa has developed a variety of training and safety programs to support Merit’s personnel on jobsites. Theresa attended the OSHA Training Institute at Georgia Tech.

Theresa is a member of National Women in Construction and has held an officer position for six years. She is a member of American Society of Safety Engineers.

Theresa is a native of Knoxville. Theresa and her husband live in Knoxville and have three adult daughters.
